Sarah Villegas is a four-time Miss Olympia world champion and is the current, reigning Miss Olympia. Sarah earned her first Olympia gold medal in 2020 with an astonishing performance and repeated the victory in 2021 where she earned her second Olympia gold medal. After placing second the following year, Sarah reclaimed her throne as Miss Olympia for the third time in 2023, and then repeated in 2024 earning her the status of the winningest Miss Physique Olympia world champion of all time. In her 7 consecutive appearances at the Olympia World Championships, Sarah has earned four gold medals and two silver medals and has cemented herself as the greatest figure in the history of Pro Women’s Physique.
In addition to her numerous accolades, Sarah has a distinction award in her namesake, The Sarah Villegas Women’s Physique Distinction Award, that is presented annually to an acclaimed Pro Women’s Physique athlete who displays excellence in all aspects of the Women’s Physique Division. Sarah’s meteoritic rise to stardom began in 2017 when she earned her professional status at the Universe Championships and went on to win several international Pro Women’s Physique competitions including the Atlantic Coast Pro, Chicago Pro and her four coveted Olympia world title victories.
Sarah’s professional career in the fitness industry as a principal nutritionist and the personal training director at AFS Premier Fitness started shortly after earning her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Arkansas in 2013, by entering a personal trainer position at AFS Premier Fitness where she later advanced to leading both the personal training and sports nutrition departments at AFS.

Sarah now leads a team of personal trainers and nutritionists at AFS Premier Fitness specializing in body transformations, weight loss, muscle toning, strength training, and nutrition. She entered the position of Fitness Director after completing a 4-year internship program with AFS Premier Fitness in 2017 and currently oversees the personal training department and the Carb Coding® nutrition program at AFS. Combining her unique first-hand experience as a four-time world champion with her expertise in nutrition and personal training has allowed Sarah to help hundreds of individuals achieve incredible, life-changing fitness transformations at AFS Premier Fitness.
